Ingredients: -

  • 4 cups mixed veggies, any you like
  • 2 cups cooked green lentils
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 small beet, cooked & diced
  • 2-3 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup salad dressing, any of your choice

Instructions: -

  • Grab the salad bowl and add all elements to it and mix well.
  • Now drop the dressing over the salad ingredients.
  • Toss well until the salad ingredients are coated well with dressing.
  • Divide the salad among the serving bowls, serve and enjoy.
