  • 2 medium-size carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large-size oranges, peeled
  • 1 (2cm) piece of ginger, shredded
  • 2 tbsp. flaxseed
  • ¾ cup water (if needed)
  • Ice cubes
Instructions: -
  • Fill the blender/smoothie maker halfway with all ingredients and blend until smooth, adding more water if the mixture is too thick – adjust the consistency to your liking.
